Williams Lake and District Credit Union has an exciting opportunity for a member-focused, energetic Personal Credit Advisor to work out of our Williams Lake Branch.


Reporting to the Personal Credit Supervisor the successful applicant will be responsible for delivering high quality lending services to current and potential members. In addition to enhancing the growth and development of the personal lending portfolio this position will ensure all personal lending activities follow relevant legislation, regulations, and policies.


The ideal candidate will have demonstrated expertise in credit adjudication, collections and policies and procedures as they relate to personal lending. They will also possess excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding service. They will have proven business development skills and be effective in building strong member relationships. These attributes will have been developed through 2 to 5 years of lending experience in the financial services industry.

The pay range for this role is $53,101 to $66,376 per annum.

Due to an upcoming retirement, Williams Lake and District Credit Union has an exciting an opportunity for an enthusiastic, future oriented leader to assume responsibility for our branch located in 100 Mile House.

Reporting to the VP Operations, as member of the management team you will be responsible for all aspects of leading and growing the branch. WLDCU is a dynamic, thriving organization that actively supports the communities it serves through funding, staff expertise, and the energy and commitment of staff volunteers. The successful candidate will be a natural leader with a demonstrated ability to develop staff and grow their business.

The Branch Manager carries the Vision, Mission, Service Mission, and Service Promises forward by providing advice and service consistent with the Service Standards, and by acting as a passionate, focused leader, mentor, and coach to branch staff. In addition, this position acts as a positive agent for change in the organization, actively supporting change initiatives and seeking ways to improve service delivery.

The Branch Manager is responsible for managing the overall operation of the branch, including working closely with the Personal Credit Supervisor, Business Credit Supervisor, Centralized Services Supervisor, and Manager, Financial Planning to ensure a positive and holistic member experience.

As the successful candidate you will have demonstrated expertise in team leadership, people development, coaching, and branch operations. You bring 5 years of related experience, ideally with two to three years in a supervisory position, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

The salary range for this position is $93,754 to $117,192, including a comprehensive benefit and pension program. The compensation package will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Williams Lake and District Credit Union’s Centralized Services is looking for a highly motivated team player to fill an on-call Facilities Support position.


The position requires the ability to assist the Facility Services Coordinator with more rigorous maintenance projects.  Maintenance projects may require some evening and weekend work.


General duties will include projects involving moving heavy objects, shovelling sidewalks and general snow removal in winter.  The position may be called upon to act as back-up during absences of the Facility Services Coordinator.


Experience in these types of duties will be an asset.

We're always accepting resumes for our Member Service Rep position. 

This position is critical to the success of the Credit Union because our Member Service Reps interact with our members most often and are the first people our members see when they step into a branch.

The position requires great communication skills, a strong team-oriented attitude and the ability to work under pressure. Successful candidates also possess good judgement and decision-making skills. Previous Credit Union, banking or cash handling experience is an asset, but we're always willing to train the right person.
